immigration office for processing application

If i am filling out my application in Beirut, and I am then sending my application to my wife who lives in canada through mail, what would I put as the immigration office requested for processing this application? IN beirut or Missassauga?

You should put Beirut as Visa office. Although your wife will mail all application to Missassauga then CIC will forward to Beirut VO after her sponsorship is approved.
