and you will find "invite Minister Kenny to your community event" at the top right corner and after click you will find the following:

A friend of mine requestes Buffalo to transfer his application to London and Byffalo refused. Then, he wrote to the Minister( not sure if it were by e-mail or mail) and it was transfered in a matter of days.

What do you guys think?
