What does it mean? I received an email from my stupid and idiot husband 2nd week of June. He abandoned us since 2010, without complying to his so called child support. And now he's asking me a favor to do so? What the heck?

Your question doesn't really make sense. You will have to provide a lot more background information for any of us to be able to assist.

Precisely my point. I'm living outside of Canada and then my ex husband send me an email asking if I could take our child and have some medical exams. We've been separated for how many years now. Does this make sense if he's applying for an immigrant status or citizenship?
Yes - it makes sense. He's applying to immigrate (not citizenship). As part of the process any child he has must go through a medical. Going through the medical allows the child to be sponsored to Canada later (e.g. in case something ever happened to you and your child was left on his/her own). You can refused to do the medical. This will probably cause some delays in your ex-husband's immigration application - but it will eventually still be processed.

Happend to me? But what about our child? Our child is for operation since then but he never extended any help. NO HELP AT ALL! Can i go straight to the immigration and report him? I have evidences that will proved the real conditions of our child. He should be DEPORTED!
Unfortunately this isn't an immigration matter - it's a family law matter. If he owes you financial support then you should be purusing this through the proper legal processes.

There is nothing for you to report to Canadian immigration. This doesn't impact his immigration process and he won't be deported for this. I'm sorry.
