Hello, I have applied for PR in country. I have received the request for a medical examination, each of the 4 places on the cic website are asking me for a specific type of examination, all the form has given me is an Immigration medical examination, can anyone help?

Why did you need new medicals? Did you travel outside or something within past year or so?
Lastly, when you say "specific type of exam", do you mean furtherance?
