Hi i am 19 years old I have questions that my dad was Canada as PR status and instead of RO he lost his PR status in 2016 and my mom left Canada in 2012 and she recently applied prtd but haven't received reply yet. and me my sister are came in Canada 8 months ago
Que_ (1) if dad will apply visitor visa or TRV from home country so it's possible for him to in future to can apply permanent residence within Canada
(2) or what can I do ? so we can living (all family) together in Canada forever

If he's eligible under a program, your father can re-apply for PR. Would need to be invited, meeting Express Entry or similar programs. He could potentially sponsor your mother if her PRTD is denied due to RO (as I would expect, if she has been absent from Canada for 9 years).
