Hello everyone,

I am creating my express entry profile. And I came across a question about immigration history. When me and my husband were in UK he applied for student visa and I put in dependent visa to Canada simultaneously in 2014 and the application was refused. After which we came back to our home country and been living here since. Now I am applying as principal applicant and including my spouse. Should I mention that refusal in my immigration history or just my husband's. The refusal letter we got was on his name and didn't mention me at all nor did I get any other correspondence from CIC. ???

P.s. We are also getting a glitch in language section for English test. It's showing up French and giving us option for English test

Thank you all for contributing to this forum and making it life saver for a lot of people. :)

You must list all refusals that either you or your husband have received.

Thank you dear. When I am creating my EE profile its asking for my UCI number that is the file number I received when I applied as dependent. However, I have not got any. The letter we received was addressed to my husband for his student visa refusal. It didn't mention anything about my application.

Then I would answer 'no' as it wasn't your application that was refused, but your husband's. When you get an ITA, the PR application will ask about refusals for both of you, and you will have to answer 'yes' there.
