Immigration History mixup !

Hello Everyone,

I received ITA in December 2015, submitted my application, cancelled as incomplete in April 2016 and appealing did not helped.

I have received ITA on 8th Feb 2017 and I was filling the Area of 'Immigration History and Citizenships' and I am not sure how to answer these questions:

1. Has Mxxxxxx(applicant) applied to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada before?
2. Has Mxxxxxx(applicant) applied for Permanent Residence (PR) before?

I am answering YES for both questions but I am not sure especially about question 2 (PR question) because technically I did not applied for PR. Please help.

Well I am not sure about it. I submitted my application after getting ITA. Application was cancelled as incomplete so what does that reflect?

Submitting application after getting ITA is termed as PR application or not?

Answers are YES and YES (yes to the second one if you applied through express entry, all those applications are for permanent residence right?)

That's right. So I will go for yes and yes for both questions.

Next questions are to give them UCI number and PR application number from previous applications. So I will use EE profile number and UCI number from last applications.

@farazafzal Any update on your application.

My first express entry post ITA submission was rejected as incomplete. And I am trying to submit again.

Like you, I answered YES to both questions. For the PR file number, I put N/A because to my understanding EE profile number is not the PR file number.

Now, regarding UCI number, is it the one that you can see in your EE profile? If so, I have different UCI numbers for the previous and the new EE profile. What should I use, the old one?
