immigration from uk to canada

hi all;

well i am software engineer here in uk i got 2.5 years experience form uk sofar and i had one year exp. from pakistan i have got two master degrees

1- masters in manament and marketing from uk in 2007
2-mastesr in computer science(software engineering) from pakistan in 2005

i got my uncle there in canada

do i qualify if yes so what is the processing time for it or should i concern with the solicitor here in uk?

If you apply as a federal skilled worker through London, I think it's about 3 years processing time right now.

If you get a job offer based on skilled worker through a provincial nominee program, your work permit might take a couple of months and then you can come and work and should have the PR within a year.

Having an uncle, if he lives in AB or MB, you might qualify for PNP family stream, then you would not need a job offer.
