3- What is the minimum hourly rate for the worker?
4- After getting Immigration could i apply for the Gov job in Canada?
5- Is Toronto cheap city than London?
6- As a citizen of UK what benefits will i get in Immigration?
7- As a UK citizen will i be able to hold permanent residency of Canada?

9- Is there work more opportunity in Canada?
10- How long my application will take as a UK citizen?

1. The fact you're from the UK carries no benefit. You have to qualify to immigrate using the same processes as anyone else.
2. Yes - you must have a job offer in Canada before you can apply for a work permit.
3. Depends on the province. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_minimum_wages_in_Canada
4. Depends on the job. Some require citizenship.
5. Yes.
6. None.
7. Yes.
8. Yes.
9. Sorry - I don't understand this question.
10. Depends how you apply to immigrate (which program). Processing times can be found on the official CIC web site. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/index-can.asp
