hello,
i need some help, at the time of my wedding my husband has applied for canadian visa but he did not inform embassy abt his marriage and he left for Canada showing himself single means unmarried man. now he is demanding that we should cancel our marriage certificate and make new one with new dates. As he don't want to show embassy that he is married so what should i do because that's a crime but my husband and inlaws r again and again forcing to change the marriage doc but when v denied they cut off all relations. i really want that Candian embassy should take steps bcz my husb has also done fraud to me and now he is so proud that he is stubbornly saying "do what u can, go to embassy and file a case against me but embassy can do nothing, there are thousands of case but embassy never did anything" so, I want to ask is this really happy or embassy is going to take certain steps when I am going to inform them about the fraud that came to me as well as to the embassy.
thanks

He can never sponsor your for PR since he failed to add you to his application before coming to Canada and becoming a PR. Do not falsify documents and lie about your date of marriage. This is fraud and a crime. You should assume that the fraud will be discovered by CIC and will result in your application being refused and you being issued a 5 year ban from Canada. If this happens, assume CIC will also launch an investigation of your husband's PR status and move to revoke it.

If you want to move to Canada you really have two options: (1) apply to immigrate on your own; (2) have your husband give up his PR status and apply again from scratch, this time including you in the application.
