Hello, I am a third year international student in one of the best universities in canada. I have less than one year of work experience as a co-op student. We have applied for startup visa one year ago but havent heard anything back. The processing times for startup is increasing everyday. Am I eligible to apply for experience class or express entry, PNP? Should I wait for the decision of my startup visa or is there any other way I can apply for PR?

You are not eligible for CEC.

For FSW/Express Entry, it will depend on how many points you have and if you have at least one year of continuous work experience in a singled skilled NOC.

Hard to comment on PNP without knowing which province you are in. You should research the PNP programs for the province where you are studying.
