Being a foreigner physician How to get educational credential , if WES will b fine or should I go for MCC?? even though I am not planning to continue clinical practice in Canada.

Hey guys I am completing my EE profile but i got confused with a complete academic year. mine total course duration is 5.5years (4.5 years academic+ 1 year compulsory rotational internship) and the graduation date is after the completion of the internship. guys suggest me what should i write 4.5 or 5.5 years?????
