Immigration - doubts

Dear Forum Members,

hope things are great with you all.

I'm here to clarify few doubts.

1. Currently there is an express entry system in place, does it include skilled workers like IT Solution architects, Business Analysts, Project Managers etc.. ?

2. Is it mandatory for me to do the Educational certificate assessment, if so can someone guide me in this?

3. IT Cisco certifications like CCNP, CCDP etc.. will be considered or not? ( I came to know that for Australia this is valid , thought to check if same thing for Canada )

3. Industry certifications would be considered by employers, however i don't believe they weigh in
your immigration application.
