Does anyone know any good/reputable immigration counselor in Ottawa that is knowledgeable relating to spousal sponsorship? I have applied for my Vietnamese wife to come here and now want to apply a visitor visa for her to come to stay with me for a short period. However, our case is quite hard (my wife has no proofs of income/strong ties to her home country and she comes from a country that is, well, not easy to get visa to anywhere :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( ).
As such, I don't know how to structure or create a strong visa application to increase the her chance of getting it approved. I think having help from an immigration counselor/lawyer would at least give me some peace of mind.
