I receive Canada Multiple tourist visa and after that I get positive EOI from any province do I can apply for PR before leaving to Canada?? If I receive my Pr at the time I am in Canada I have to country out first?? Then come back or I can stay in Canada?? I am from India.
Is there is any kind of drawback to go Canada in between the processing time of PR??

It doesn't matter where you apply for PR from. You can apply either from within Canada or outside it.
