Hi Everyone,

Greetings! I have completed my graduation in CSE (computer science and engineering) in 2011. After then admitted in M. Sc in CSE but can not completed (9 credit left) yet because of some financial and family problem. My age is 29. I am married and my wife is a doctor. We have a two month baby. My work experience is more then 9 yr in system and networking sector. Now i want to migrate along with my wife and baby. I have not done IELTS. I have some questions in my mind,

** Am i eligible to migrate without IELTS?
** If yes, then How can i apply?
** Do i need to contact with any person or agency?

It will be very much helpful if i get response as i am a newbie and THANKS IN ADVANCE.

You can apply for SINP OID sub category. This is the best. IELTS compulsory but very low score needed, only 4.5 bands. Your intended occupation should be in their Demand list. Related NOCs 2147, 2173 and 2175 are in the list. They are regulated. Licensing process for NOC 2173 and 2175 is very easy and takes about 2-3 months. NOC 2147 licensing is longer. takes about 1 year.
P.S. - WES not compulsory for SINP OID sub category. (If the occupation is non regulated. But WES compulsory for getting license)
You can apply without license but have to provide it before Nomination, otherwise they will stop the process until license is found. Check these NOCs and apply for most suitable. Your Reference letter 70-80% duties must match with intended NOC (which are shown in their website for that).

My Time line is
Nov-2016-SINP application Submit.
Feb-2017-Nomination Received and Application with All checklist send to CIC.
July-2017-Received UCI From CIC.
Nov-2017 Application Return because application Fees not paid.
Dec-2017 Again Send Application with Fess paid Receipt and PCC also.
before two days i received AOR now when i get next update and when i get PR
