1. My student visa will expire on march end. As per the rule said i have to start the procedure at the end of December of the first week of January.
2. My husband is on Open work permit visa. When i will apply for extension I will be applying for both?
3. In the mean time my husband will apply for PR as he will get the job approval letter through SINP. So if he applies before the extension he will be in Bridging open work permit?
4. If my husband is in Bridging visa he will not be able to travel to home country?
5. If i also apply for PR along with my husband will I be also considered to get bridging visa and wont i be able to travel too?
6.My husband will apply for PR before the date. If I also apply at the same time for PR will i be in bridge visa also? and i can't travel?
Please help me out.
