Immigration application to Canada

I am a young man aged 21 years ... A Palestinian refugee registered with UNRWA ... I am now in Gaza ... I want to immigrate to Canada because of the siege, the political situation, the poor living conditions and my life in danger because of the destructive wars.. There is no minimum living here
I have a professional diploma in (electronic plate maintenance technician) and I will complete the TOEFL certificate soon ...Is there any hope that Canada will be accepted as a citizen or refugee
