My husband got a job offer from Montreal, Quebec province and our workpermit and immigration is in process. The montreal office is applying for the immigration and workpermit in our favor. Recently, we had undergone medical test on May 07, where we declared that my hubby is a Hepaptits B Carrier (dormat) patient. He was ask to undergo an antigen test on the spot however 2 days back he was again asked to undergo Hepatitis B and C test. Results were B-positive and C-Negative. We are extremely worried now that our immigration might get rejected. At the same time, my 3 year old son and myself are completely free from the disease.

Please advise if anybody had undergone such cases and what are the possible outcomes.

Thanks,
B

Please share whether you managed to solve the problem. We are waiting for our Quebec certificate and we are worried that my husband will be refused due to his Hepatitis B positive result. My son and I are negative.

Thank you in advance.
