Hi i am an international student enrolled in Humber college Toronto . I am travelling to Toronto via third country but I’ll first land in Montreal and from there i have a flight to Toronto , my immigration and study permit will be done in Montreal or in Toronto ?
Would there be any porblems?

No problems. Port of Entry is Montrreal.
Thank you for replying . I had one more question I’ll upload my quarantine plan (which is going to the address where i am going to stay as i am fully vaccinated i am not required to book a govt plan) so the plan i will upload it on Arrivecan is going to be of Toronto , it wouldn’t be a problem right if I entered Montreal first.

What problem do you speculate?

Hi , one of my friends is enrolled in northwestern uni toronto and he got a mail from his uni stating that he should directly land in Toronto not in Montreal because their immigration policy is different and he might not receive a study permit . So that is what i am most worried about

There’s is only one immigration policy, under Feds. Uni cant have theirs… You can land in any POE and proceed to your own final destination
