Immigration aid for orphan of parents

Hey all,
I'm 22 years old
My nationallity is Syrian, I currently live in Erbil, Iraq
but not a refugee, I came here by a work contract because of the situation in Syria, I had to get out of there immediately because of war
my father died 3 years ago on 10/10/2014
21 days later my mother committed suicide and died on 1/11/2014
Now, my brothers escaped to Germany by illegal immigration. they can't get me there because it's illegal for me to apply for a family reunification.
I have nobody in here and I don't know what to do, my girlfriend is Canadian citizen and she's ready to do anything to me but we have no clue what to do.
I'm skilled in Web Design ( UI/UX designer )
I had a certificate of experience as a UI/UX trainer
another one is certificate of employment in web hosting company

I'm asking if there is any legal way to move to canada as a refugee or skilled worker or something else?
I need your help people

To move to Canada as a refugee, you would need to first be officially declared as a refugee by UNHCR and then selected for resettlement in Canada.

Well the person who asked is adult now. So he has no right for a family stream to Germany.

As for his GF, he would have to marry her as I assume that they cannot prove common law which requires 12 months to live together.
After that she can sponsor him (unless she is on social welfare in Canada). And of course he shall be ready for detail checkup if his relationship is genuine (given the fact that part of his family claimed refuge somewhere).
And thats all.
