Hi

I will be extremely lucky and happy if my entire question gets response

Before posting my query I had two option in front of me one was to ask all question in my brain in different posts or to ask all question in one go, well I have selected the later one to just give better idea who ever answering my question

Before I start my questions here is some detail about me

1. I am aged 30.
2. I am married father of 1 and half year daughter.
1. When it comes to education here are the details
• Higher Secondary School Certification (HSSC) -- (Pre Engineering)
• Secondary School Certification (SSC) - Science subjects-- (Science)
• I am ACCA Member.
2. Having 4 years and 11 months experience till 16-Jun-14 and still on job
3. My current designating is audit officer
4. My uncle is lives in Canada I think that will earn me 5 points
5. I live in Pakistan

Well I have been surfing a lot regarding the immigration to Canada, here are questions that I am struggle with,

First of all I am unable to understand under which category I would apply is it under Federal Skilled Worker or Federal Skilled Trade Program or etc. according to my guess I think its Federal Skilled Worker.

I am unable to find the difference between these two Federal Skilled Worker and Federal Skilled Trade Program.

I am unable to find out the sequence of steps that I have to follow in order to complete immigration process,

So far this is the sequence that I have learned according to my understanding so far,
First of all I have to pass ILETS with score of somewhere 6 to 7.50.
Then I have to fill out the forms those are
Document Checklist [IMM 5612] (PDF, 244 KB) March 2013
Generic Application Form for Canada [IMM 0008] (PDF, 456 KB) March 2014
Additional Dependants/Declaration [IMM 0008DEP] (PDF, 471 KB) July 2011
Schedule A – Background/Declaration [IMM 5669] (PDF, 246 KB) December 2012
Schedule 3: Economic Classes [IMM 0008 SCHEDULE 3] (PDF, 661 KB) May 2013
Additional Family Information [IMM 5406] (PDF, 570 KB) September 2013
Supplementary Information – Your travels [IMM 5562] (PDF, 1,8 MB) May 2004
Separation Declaration for Minors Travelling to Canada [IMM 5604] (PDF, 25 KB) July 2008
Statutory Declaration of Common-law Union [IMM 5409] (PDF, 47 KB) April 2009
Fee Payment Form – Application for Permanent Residence [IMM 5620] (PDF, 581 KB) March 2013
Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] (PDF, 597 KB) March 2014

Or there any other set of forms that I have to fill as well,

Here are some further question that I want know

As my qualification is not from Canada, so do I have to send my educational documents to some approved department for assessment and then I will receive some report form that department that I have to send along with my application, I think the name of that department is Educational Credential Assessment (ECA). If this is the process then how I will contact ECA how much time and money it will take, and most importantly how much points I will score as I am ACCA Member,

Here is another question what is National Occupational Classification (NOC), according to my understanding so far, it contain the list of programs under which immigration can be applied under, do I have to again contact some department like ECA as I have mentioned above to access my category or I just I have to simply identify myself and it does not involve any other department. If yes then I am unable to identify my category or code, well I am ACCA member having 5 years of experience, currently working as Audit officer,
I was able to identify below mentioned two.
0013 Senior managers – financial, communications and other business services
1111 Financial auditors and accountants

Next question is that I want to know the stage wise amount of money that will be used require to pay, and how much amount of money that is refundable and / or non-refundable.

How much time each stage will take to complete, and what is the totally time that it will take for example If I apply on 01 November 2014.

What is provincial nomine? And what are the requirement I am supposed to fulfill.

I will be extremely lucky and happy if my entire question gets response

Dear Usman,

You would go for Federal skilled worker.

First you calculate your passing marks here:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-factors.asp
Remember the passing marks are 67.
Do you have a bachelor degree? In which field? Relevant degree is important
! because ACCA membership will not give you any points.
Your experience is good.
Being a Pakistani will not be a problem.
If all above works for you. NOw you can start your application.
Send attested documents to WES.
Prepare yourself IELts and your spouse can give IELts if you want to earn points for that.
Get all the details of your uncle, his residence, pr card number n copy or passport copy and proof of your relationship with him.
Forms you listed are to be filled, first take out print of document checklist and instruction guide, this will help in filling the forms and you will better understand which forms to fill.
You should have good amount of money for the ECA, ielts, to prepare other documents and to show liquid funds.
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/funds.asp
There are two steps of payment:
1- Application fee ( Refundable if file returns)
2- Right of permanent Residence fee ( non-Refundable)
Normally 1 year these days.. but it can be less or more.
Federal skilled worker program is best, if this is not suitable for you. There are other provincial programs where you can apply. you can find their information on the website:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/apply.asp.

May Allah guide you.
Hope that will help.
