The score for all is 446 and for my wife and 2 children is 458.
Can my wife with my children apply separately without me?

446 is still ok-ish. Do you not want to go in the first place? Non-accompanying spouse is an option

I would suggest apply at 446. Accompany or non accompany, in both cases you both will have to under Medical, PCC and even funds for all should be provided. So apply together and get PR. After that, Primary applicant should go for soft landing and then decide who wants to go or not.
