I want to know whether I m eligible to apply for express entry visa or other. Though which I can get Canada PR. I did 3years nursing diploma from India and have hons 1 year degree in nursing from uk in Bristol from the university. Have worked in uk for 3 &1/2 years experience as a care assistant. Also have experience in Indian hospital as a Nurse. I m doing french b2 level now and has compeleted b1 level and working in a hospital. I also applied for quebec in 2013 nov and got file number April 2014. After that no response. Plz guide me what to do???
