Immediate Family definition in IRCC for visitor visa

Hi All. What's the IRCC's definition of "Immediate Family"?
I was looking through this link https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/lebanon-2023.html and the website says that immediate family members of Canadian Citizens/PR Holders can apply for visas?
Are Siblings considered as immediate family in this case?

The IRCC defines immediate family members as a spouse or common-law partner, dependent child, dependent child of a dependent child, parent or step-parent. Siblings are extended family.
