We are applying with a outland application. Section where my wife ( applicant) has to put " Present Address" can she put her address here in Canada since she is living here or should she put her U.S Address.

The tricky part is because it says present address, and not mailing address. i know that she can put her mailing address as a canadian address, but shouldnt her present address be her american address if shes applying outland?

It should be her american adress if that is where she is living. I am applying outland and used my egyptian address where I live now and was accepted to sponsor about a month ago!

It doesn't matter. Even when applying outland you can use a Canadian address for mailing and present address.

There is no need to use an American address. There is nothing wrong with applying outland while living in Canada. She should be using her Canadian address in the application.

Thanks for the reply guys . I'm going to put present address as Canada . Since someone's present address could change week in week out . ( it's not asking for perminant addres , just present )
