IMM5901 - Pre-arrival services notification letter - Does this mean we're approved?

Hi everyone,

I hope you're well. We have just received the IMM5901 that allows us to register for re-arrival services using our UCI.

I was wondering if this meant that we should get the DM ( Decision Made) soon or if this was just to confirm that they've received everything they needed to proceed our application.
When I check the status on the online tool it says that the application is '' in progress''

Could anyone share with us their experience and let us know how long it took them to get the DM and PRC after receiving that letter?

this means u are 95% approved for permanent residency, final approval will be subject to security checks
