This may sound like a dumb question.... but what do I do if I've worked more than 3 jobs in the past 10 years? It asks for 10 years and to add additional pages if neccessary so do I need to print that page... fill it out by hand then scan them in and merge it with the original pdf document?

Just type up the extra info in Word, print it and put it with the form. Make sure to put the form name and all of your details on the additional sheet.

Make sure you have a good timeline with no unaccounted for time. If you were unemployed put unemployed. Also the question implies it may not be necessary to account for a full 10 years, this is not the case. They sent mine back and what we did was a full timeline accounting for all employment in the last 10 years with as much documentation as we could firnd

I have the same question. So they say:
Note: If you need more space, print out an additional page of the form, complete this section and submit it with your application.

If you're applying online.. where/how do you add this page? Since you can only upload 1 file.
