IMM5690e Photo requirements - Parents' photo needed?

Hi all,

I'm applying for BC PNP and for form imm5690e, section 16, it states:

Photos Requirements
Include two(2) photos of each member of your family, whether accompanying or not, and yourself.

I'm just wondering, does the family here include my parents?
