IMM5669e - retrieving address history

Hello all, I have got ADR to submit updated form IMM5669e along with parents information. I was having tough time to get the exact dates that I mentioned in the address history while submitting the form. (I have stayed in multiple working hostels and at the time of submission, i gave the dates to the best of my knowledge). I am really worrying as I have only 2 days to submit application. If there is any mismatch in the dates in address history, will it cause the rejection of my PR ?

Can someone please help if there is a way to check the submitted address history?

You can attach a letter of explanation. Its really difficult to remember addresses from 10 years back, especially if you have moved a lot. Just try your best to get the months

Can you suggest What should I mention in the letter of explanation.. Yes I have already taken the screenshot this time am yet to submit my ADR and trying if there is a we can retrieve old form. Please help.

That you have listed your address history to the best of your knowledge but because you have lived/worked in multiple working hostels it is difficult to recall the exact dates. You might also want to explain why you have not tried to get the exact dates from the hostels you lived at. (for instance, they do not have records for the past X years etc)
