IMM5669e- form submission my mail or online-validation

For my understanding, the forms have to be filled, printed then signed by hand.
But for form IMM5669e, there is a validate button, and it wont validate the document until the document has been electronically signed,

Don't they need to be signed by hand??

Its both. So you Electonically sign, validate it then print it and sign it

Have you read the guide?

You fill them out on the computer. Type name in the signature box. Validate them. Print them. Sign next to the printed name.
