I am sponsoring my common law wife .. one of our child is already here and a canadian citizen already age 18 does he still
has to fill up a seperate IMM5669 form ? Thank you !

no, canadian citizen children do not need to fill out any applicant forms. only children who are seeking pr status and are included in the application fill out the forms.

It may or may not be an issue, but to be safe, have your spouse fill in all the history back to 18 years old, not the 10 years.

Some VO's ask the applicant to re-do this form. We got asked to do this, and it delayed us a bit. You wouldn't want to have any unnecessary delays in the application process.
