Hello All,

I have the following basic (maybe stupid) Q's on the IMM5669 form. But better safe than sorry later right!

1. Section 7: Education, under Type of Certificate or Diploma issued, I am unable to type in a long string like "Bachelor Degree Certificate". Is it advisable to type just "Bachelor" or advisable to write in Black Ink "Bachelor Degree Certificate"?

2. Father Birthday: My fathers birthdate in previous forms was entered incorrectly my be because of the way his birthday is recorded... will it be an issue in the new form if I mention the correct birthday instead?

3. For section #10- Government Positions: I had worked in the Government of Alberta as a Temporary Part Time Wage Employee in an Administrative position... do I need to mention this or is it not required in this section?

4. #9 #11- What do we write here in these sections (Membership or association with any organizations and Military and/or paramilitary service): "I have never been part of ...." or just "NA"?

5. #12: For latest current address, do we leave the To field blank or write (not type) in Current?
Also here, my previous address is too long to fit in if I type, is it ok to write this (only) in Black Ink
(I mean is it ok if 90% of the form is types up and 10% written in Black Ink whereever typing space is less)?

Thank You All!

Anand

1. Write BSc. if it is science, or BBA, BCA whatever. Or just write "Bachelor Degree"

2. I am not sure what is 'previous' and 'new' forms you are referring. Are you saying that in one form his birth date is one and in another form it is different? Then you have to correct it wherever you made it wrong

3. Better you mention, there is no harm in mentioning I think.

4. I wrote "I have never been..." I typed into all lines down that column to type it completely. Juts put "-" to mention that the line continues.

5. To filed = date of your application.

Careful about question #8: personal history. You need to start with most recent information first.

@ anand_r- we have also the same problem about #7 Education on what to write in "type of certification or diploma issued" if you type it Bachelors Degree it wont allowed the whole word degree so what did you do? And About the #10 Question about government position, yes you need to put it. But What did you do in the column Activities and position held since you cant write all the explanation, did you write it in blank ink? Thanks

Hello, I am thinking of just writing Bachelor/Master in Type of Certificate/Degree issued.
And I am still unsure about the black ink + typed form. Any suggestions?
