I know this question has been answered before but we just want some clarification. Does an LCP OWP/PR applicant need to submit IMM5669 and IMM5406 for her dependants? Some says that we do not need to submit it because CEM will be sending them the forms once the In Canada Applicant got her first stage approval. But as per the Instruction guide IMM5290 states that the In-Canada Applicant, Spouse and 18+ ages will complete the said forms.
To those who applied lately did you include your dependants forms? or?
Note: this case is for my friend who recently meet the 24 months requirements eligibility for PR/OWP application under LCP. THANK YOU for your insights.
