I have a question regarding my cousin's visitor visa application. I am currently in canada with work permit. I am working on my parents and cousin's visa, who are planning to come visit me this summer. Her parents are not going with her. My cousin is 14 years old and she have been living with my parents since she was born, but my parents are not legally guardian by law. when I created her application, it requires to fill out IMM5646E that is for custodianship for minor studying in canada. I am confused being asked to fill out this form as she is not going to study in canada, but only a short trip in summer. Any suggestions how am i supposed to deal with this form? I have obtained her parents consent letter.
