IMM5645 Family information

Hi, I submitted IMM5645 form thru online application for visitor visa. First I mistakenly signed the wrong field. After realizing the mistake, using web form I resubmitted the form. But now I realised that I wrote the names in English only and did not write the names in my native language URDU as well. What should I do now? Pl help.
