IMM5612 document checklist question

Hi All,

I have one question about the IMM5612 document checklist for FSW. We should check all items there. If one of the items are not applicable to me (additional dependants declaration for applicants with more than 5 dependants, for example). Should I check the checkbox referring to that item? or just leave it blank ?

YOU CHECK ONLY WHAT PERTAINS TO YOU

I ask that because the check can mean "I checked this item, it is not applicable to me and my application is not meaning it" or leav it blank can mean "Its not applicable to me"...

FOR INSTANCE IF YOU ARE NOT USING A REPRESENTATIVE, NO NEED TO CHECK THAT PART, OK?
