my whole application package has been returned because of some missing information. There is minor dependent for this application and the dad did sign the IMM5604 (sept 2018). My question is what is the validity period for this form?
I read somewhere it's 90 days. If it's 90 days, the validity period already expires. And what if the dad does not want to sign the document this time? Can I send the old one? She has full custody of the child from the court.
