Hello I'm a Canadian citizen by birth, I'm trying to sponsor my long term girlfriend as common law through family class, outland. Just going through the checklist;
Part B #5 Employment/ source of income
It states if if youre not working in canada, provide other documentation showing that you could support the person you are sponsoring. This must include a detailed explanation of how you plan to support yourself and the sponsored person
Would a letter of arranged employment be sufficient?
I'm 26 years old and moved to Asia in 2012, haven't been home since so not currently working in Canada.
I have a good friend who owns his own company he told me that he could hire me full-time as soon as im back
How could I document this formally in our application? What does he have to write or include in a letter?
Thanks!
