Use different browser I.e chromo

I just opened the link you posted.
Make sure you've PDF as your add on/extension on browser.
if doesn't open, on top right click open with then select save or open with pdf installed on your computer

Google Chrome does this very often.
If you encounter this, use Mozilla as this browser gives you the option to open the file using a different software.

Hi Dell2, your post was quite helpful; I'd been struggling to open the pdf file from the cic website.
I have been asked to fill the form and upload but I observe an instruction which says it should be filled by the principal applicant. Now, I am not the principal applicant, my spouse is.
What do I do? Anyone out there who had similar scenario? Will it be right to let my spouse to fill the first section while I fill the spouse section? Seems like the appropriate move but I want to be sure, you know the way it is.
