IMM5562E - SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION TRAVELS

Hi Guys,

I got an update from CIC to submit travel history form(IMM 5562e) and I was facing some issues with the fields
which are not enough cause they gave only 6 fields and I traveled more than 8 times to USA and INDIA.
How can I add fields , If I can't add any fields how should I fill the form .

Create a table on word document in the exact same format as the one in the cic form and attach this word doc along with the form, it's a very common practice and accepted by CiC. All the best
