IMM5562E.pdf is not fillable....Although I am attaching a separate documentation for thus... but we have to write our name on the form ..

It was added to the CEC requirements in January of this year.

IMMI_123, only the principal applicant needs to complete the supplementary information form. You will fill details about your spouse and kids travel in the same form.

hello sir, i would like to ask for the fillable form that you made. I'm completing my application and yes, it's much easier doing it in the computer, my hand-writing is bad as well ;D

That would be the safest way! and if you need more room, you can type them out and attach the sheet to the form.
