IMM5562: Travel History

Hi,

Got I got an ADR to submit IMM5562 which is travel history. Can someone tell me, under Purpose of Travel should I fill one or two words such as Tourism, Education, Employment or a short description for example I traveled to X country for friends wedding, I did my masters, I was sent to country Y for a project.

Since this is an ADR I want to make sure I do it right. As many people reply the better.

Travel History Info Form: Please provide a completed form IMM5562 detailing information on your previous travel history (trip duration and purpose)

Does this mean I have to enter the time I was in country of citizenship between two trips outside of my country?
