Supplementary Information: Your Travels (IMM 5562)

Hi

I left india and came to canada in 2009.Then in between i went back to india 3 times and came back to canada.
So how should i include these trips in the forms.
should i include time i stayed in canada or else should i include time i spent in both india and canada.
Please help me

You have to specify time spent in India during your visit and canada
You can specify the reason for your visit - example visit relatives etc

Its Specifically written on form that list only travel apart from your country of residence and country of Citizenship. None of them has to be mentioned in Supplementary Information: Your Travels (IMM 5562) as I assume your current country of residence is Canada and your country of Citizenship is India. If you made any other travel apart from this two countries then you have to mention it otherwise just check "Did not travel" box.

I have another question. Do I have to list travel history if I am coming back on the same day? I mean i went to Detroit from Windsor and came back on the same day many times. Do I have to list them?
