question 4 : military service

Do they only want to know about family members moving to Canada? Or do the want to know about my family who will be remaining in the USA? My mother was in the Navy way way back in the day (30 years ago ish), but she will not be moving to Canada. Do they want to know about her military service?

Your mother is not a family member for the purposes of this application.
