Our relationship started on 2011. Before marriage we never lived together. On april 2016 i got PR and moved to Ottawa. In February 2017 i went back Bangladesh and married her on march 10. After living together at my parental house for 51day i came back to Ottawa on April 30,2017. Now im applying for her.
On the last page of IMM5533 regarding supporting documents for principal applicant it says:
Provide One (1) document from three(3) of the following sets of options:
1. joint ownership of residential property or joint residential leases or joint rental agreements listing bothe the sponsor and the principal applicant (minimum 1 doucument)
2. proof of joint utilities account(electricity, gas, telephone), (minimum 1 doucument)
3. Important documents for you and your sponsor showing the same address, such as copies of government issued identification documents: driver’s licenses, insurance policies, etc
4. Important documents for you or your sponsor showing that you are recognized as each other’s spouse(such as employment or insurance benefits). (minimum 1 doucument)
5. Documentary evidence of financial support between your sponsor and yourself
6. Other proof that your relationship is recongnized by your frieds and or family (e.g. letters, social media information showing a public relationship, etc)
So, Here i need to provide total 3 documents
#1 & #2 is not possible for me because we lived togather for only 51days at my parents house (everything in my father's name)
#3 - my wife's passport was made after we got married and has the same permanent address as in my passport. So i think i get one document from here
#4- again in her passport she has my name as husband, can i submit the same document for #3 & #4?
Or, im thinking of an alternative solution - if I make her my nominee in my TDbank account does that work?
#5- I think i can do this one. If i send her money using moneygram does that money transfer receipt work?
#6- she never had any social media account. I had one Facebook account which i deactivated last year.
Does wedding invitation card works in this category?
