IMM5533: Are you and your spouse currently living together?

In the checklist Section 7th of Supporting documents for sponsored persons, they asked if "Are you and your spouse currently living together?"

I choose "No" Since I am in Canada and my wife is in India. In this section they asked for:

"Proof of your sponsor's visits, such as airline ticket coupons or used boarding passes, photocopies of pages of your sponsor's passport showing entry-exit stamps supporting visits, etc."

My question is, since I visited 2 times: First time before marriage and second during marriage and now back in Canada. Should I consider this as a visit or they asked for visits after marriage?

They ask for visits throughout the relationship (before and after marriage), and the same goes for any other proof such as photos, communication proof, etc.
