Imm 5532 .. my child live with the mother or my x wife and i pay already for child support . Do i have to write my child information for the answer on question #3

if your child was born after you sponsored the mother, then the child was not sponsored only the mother was sponsored and should not be listed under question # 2........although the child lives with your ex wife, you may include the child under question # 3 since you pay child support.
