Hello

I'm filling out form IMM5532, Part C, and I have this situation:

- I will be doing the landing in the next weeks, but my wife does not accompany me, so we will do the outland sponsorship process, since our marriage was made when my immigration process was in the evaluation stage by the government of Canada (Federal)

- We got married in 2015, and since that date we have lived together until now (May 2018) when we will be separated during the sponsorship process.

I think the answers to questions 3 and 4 should be:

3.- Are you currently living together? > NO + The Explanation

4.- Have you visited during your relationship? >
NO, and the explanation is because before my trip to Canada, we have always lived together (2 and a half years) since we got married, and we have not been separated, that is, there has been no need to travel to visit her, or she to me.

What is your opinion about my case?

Thanks,

Why is your wife non-accompanying? It is far easier to just include her as accompanying and land together.

I started my immigration process in Québec as a single person in 2011. So that my wife could accompany me in the land I had to give up my CSQ (Cértificat de Sélection du Québec), so that the Province of Québec would evaluate us as a couple, that is, I had to start again the process.

Then, I sent a letter to the government of Canada declaring that my wife did not accompany me on the land, but I did change my marital status. In fact, my wife had medical exams, as well as sent several documents requested.
