IMM5491 Question 18 - Self-employed unincorporated, proof of income

Hey all,

IMM5491 (question 18) seems to apply to me as a self-employed, unincorporated company owner. I am wondering if a bank statement would satisfy CIC. The guide only speaks generally, saying "statement of business activities" and I just want to make sure there isn't something else I should be including.

I believe a Statement of Buisness Activities is Form T2125 from the CRA. As a self employed person in Canada you have to fill it out in order to do your taxes each year.
